Privacy,
plainly.
Short version: we hold your enquiry so we can reply, we count article opens without identifying anyone, and you can ask us to delete everything.
Last updated 3 November 2026. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Three things, and nothing more.
- Enquiry details. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, company name, service and message you type. We need these to reply.
- Page counts. When you open an article we record that the article was opened, as a number against that article. We do not store your IP address, your browser, your location or any identifier that could point back to you, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Feedback you choose to send. If you press the helpful button or write a review on an article, we store that vote or that text, plus the name if you type one. It is used to decide what to write next.
What we do not do
We do not sell data, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors. There is no newsletter signup on this site, so we do not hold a mailing list.
Who processes it
- Supabase hosts our database and the function that receives form submissions.
- Resend delivers our email, including the confirmation you get after an enquiry.
- GitHub Pages serves this website.
Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions. Some of them store data outside India, which means your data may be transferred and processed in another country.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a thread if you come back. Article feedback is kept in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or erase it, and you can withdraw consent for us to hold it. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage for two small things: remembering whether you prefer light or dark mode, and stopping the same article being counted twice in one visit. Neither leaves your device.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
