Terms,
without the fog.

What this site is, what our articles are not, and how an engagement actually starts.

Last updated 3 November 2026. The rules for using this website and for working with us.

Using this site

Everything here is published for general information. You are welcome to read it, quote it with a link back, and share it. You may not republish whole articles as your own, scrape the site in bulk, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

What the articles are, and are not

The articles on this site are written from our own experience and from published research we cite. They are not advice for your specific business, and they are not a promise of results. Marketing outcomes depend on your product, your margins, your category and your execution. Where an article uses a worked example, the numbers are arithmetic, not a client result, and the article says so.

Enquiries and engagements

Sending the contact form does not create a contract. An engagement begins only when we have both agreed the scope, the fee and the timeline in writing. Until then, either side can walk away.

Fees and payment

Fees, scope and payment terms are set out in the proposal for each engagement. Advertising spend is separate from our fee and is paid by you, directly to the platform.

Our work and your material

You keep ownership of your brand, your data and anything you send us. We keep ownership of our methods, templates and internal tooling. Work we produce for you becomes yours once the invoice for it is paid.

Confidentiality

We do not name clients, publish their numbers or use their accounts as case studies without written permission. If an article describes a situation, it is either public information or deliberately generalised.

Results

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or any specific outcome, and anyone who does is selling you something else. What we commit to is the work described in the proposal and honest reporting on what it did.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
